I've install version 7.1.1.0 and everything except Auto-completion seams to be working. Is there something I need to do to enable Auto-completion? I've tried the example but the Auto-completion icon does not appear.

Hi,
Which Visual-Studio are you using? Just to make sure, is the addin enabled (Tools->Addin manager)?
In addition, can you please post the Visual-Studio log file? In order to do so, execute "devenv.exe /log C:LogsMyLog.txt" from command line.
